We provide treatment services for the rehabilitation of people suffering from physical injuries as well exercise and lifestyle-based services to enhance the lives of those suffering from chronic diseases or physical and neurological injuries, such as diabetes, heart disease, lung disease, cancer, multiple sclerosis, autism spectrum disorder, osteoporosis, arthritis, and traumatic brain injury.

One of our primary services is active rehabilitation, which consists of the assessment of physical function followed by the implementation and progression of an individually structured and tailored exercise program to enhance and promote safe daily living and return to active daily living and work tasks.

These treatment services include but are not limited to:

Personal Training

We conduct health and wellness programs for all age groups and abilities including general fitness, sport performance, athletic training, and more. We will create a personalized program for you and your needs. We are available to meet at a gym, pool, your home, community, and anywhere else you need.

Kim founded Snapback Rehab in 2021. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree and a Certificate in Health and Fitness from Simon Fraser University in 2015. She has been certified in Soft Tissue Release, Parkinson’s Disease: FFM, and basic concussion management. Kim works with a wide variety of clients including new to exercise or wanting a refresher in their plan, MVA injuries, traumatic brain injuries and concussions, people with neurological disorders, and geriatric. She also has experience working with athletes, orthopedic and soft tissue injuries, as wells as cardiac disorders and stroke, Kim has worked with various sports teams including hockey, softball, soccer, and lacrosse providing on site care and injury rehab. As a Kinesiologist and rehab assistant, Kim can help with Concussion management, Rehabilitative Aquatherapy and Fitness Programs, Return to Work Programs, Lifestyle Consulting/Personal Training, Sport Specific Training, community re-integration and cognitive retraining. Kim swam competitively as well as lifeguarded and taught swimming for over 10 years. She is very experienced in aquatherapy and will help you feel safe even if you are a non-swimmer. Kim is very patient and will help anyone work through their barriers to achieve their goals. Kim runs a Parkinson’s Disease exercise class on Sundays at 11am in South Surrey. Kim’s recreational interests include hiking, walking her dog, camping, weight training, swimming, and gardening.

Parm received his Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree from the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) in 2017. Parm also possesses a Sports Science Diploma from Douglas College, and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia (UK). Parm is passionate about all things related to health, movement, and wellness. He has experience working with individuals of various populations including dementia patients, oncology, cystic fibrosis, paediatrics, neurological conditions, and sports injury and rehabilitation. Parm has also worked in clinic, hospital, virtual, and recreational settings with patients of various ages. As a former personal trainer, he has a strong focus on technique-focused exercise and functional movements to help individuals achieve success in their programs. His sessions are focused on being challenging, engaging and fun, along with catering towards each individuals’ goals and needs. Parm works with a variety of clients including clients increasing functional fitness, injury prevention, injury rehab, hydrotherapy, concussion, and TBI and MVA rehab. Parm is a very understanding and optimistic person. He believes he is capable of helping clients reach their full potential and increase their quality of life. Growing up in the Lower Mainland, Parm played various organized sports including soccer, hockey, and basketball along with having a background in dance.
